Specialty: Employment Law

Picture
Since March 1997, I have represented employees in negotiations or disputes with their employers.  Few aspects of my clients’ lives are more important to them and to their families than their jobs.  I know how important resolution of work-related disputes is to my clients.

My clients come to me when they believe they have been treated unfairly at work.  While there is no general law requiring employers to be fair, there are a number of state and federal laws requiring employers to refrain from illegal discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Additional Services:
I also also handle simple wills and legal issues related to inheritance, medical directives, living wills, and guardianships.
